Ticket Pricing:

- all prices shown in Australian dollars
- all prices INCLUDE GST

• General Tickets [Early]
(tickets purchased on or BEFORE the 15 April 2011)
- 1 day pass - $170
- 2 day full conference pass - $210

• Student Tickets
- 1 day pass - $90
- 2 day full conference pass - $140

• General Tickets [Late]
(tickets purchased after 15 April 2011)
- 1 day pass - $270
- 2 day full conference pass - $310

Group Rates: General
0-5 Tickets - No Discount
6-20 Tickets = 10% off total
21+ Tickets = 20% off total

• VIP Tickets
- Early (On or before 15 April 2011) - $350
- Late (After 15 April 2011) - $550

Group Rates: Student 0-5 Tickets - No Discount
6+ Tickets - 10% off total

Postage:

All tickets are sent via Australia Post - Registered Post unless notified otherwise. You will need to sign for delivery of your package.

Confirmation:

Once the ticket is purchased you will receive an email confirmation of the transaction. This confirmation will have your order number. Please make sure to keep this confirmation email and to quote your order number on any correspondence.

Student Identification:

If you have purchased a student ticket you will be required to provide proof of your educational institution when collecting your ticket. Students without identification will have to pay for a full price ticket at the venue.

Cancellation/Refunds:

The organiser must be notified (hello [at] semipermanent.com) of a ticket cancellation on or before 6 May 2011 (7 days before the event). You will be refunded your payment minus $25 administration fee. No cancellations will be accepted after this date.

Guarantee:

The organiser guarantees that all transactions made via our online ecommerce system are secure. Any problems that arise that can be proved to be a fault of our system will be dealt with by the organiser.
